*Vendors can submit payments 3 different ways: 

A) Print & complete paper form. Mail in with payment. 
             -We accept personal/business checks. 
             -We do NOT accept money orders. 

B) Submit payment on-line ($1 cost per table due to credit card fees)

C) Meet us at a model train show and pay with cash. 

Rock Hill, SC: September 27th, 2025

$20.00 - $31.00

By submitting payment, you agree to the rules and regulations. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.


You are purchasing physical items for Saturday, September 11th, 2025 model train show located at Winthrop University, Student Activity Center, 611 Winthrop Myrtle Drive, Rock Hill, SC.


*Note: There is a $1 increase per table to cover on-line credit card purchases. You can save the increase per table by mailing a personal/business check to us through USPS mail. We do NOT accept money orders.


Vendor setup

Friday, September 26th, 2025 from 5pm-9pm

Saturday, September 27th, 2025 from 7:30am-9:00am.


Show hours are Saturday, September 27th, 2025 from 9am-3pm


By purchasing tables, you agree to the following:


Model Trains items ONLY! We reserve the right to deny any merchandise at the show without prior notification.


Displaying Merchandise: NO merchandise in the aisleways or protruding past the edge of the outside table . NO outside tables or floor racks permitted. No containers stacked beside tables. Merchandise under the tables are permitted but must be flush with the edge of the table, not sticking out in the aisle. 


Payment: All tables must be paid in advance! We do not accept table requests without payment. Vendor payments are non-refundable and can not be transferred to a future show. No subletting tables. Tables must be claimed 15 minutes prior to the start of the first show day.


*Please check table legs to ensure they are properly set-up prior to placing merchandise on tables. *By purchasing tables, YOU AGREE to stay for the entire length of the show and park in the designated vendor area. Failure to comply with the rules may result in the inability to reserve tables in the future. Carolina Train Shows, LLC and the operating facility are not responsible for any loss or damage to the exhibitor's property.


Cancellation from Show Facility, Government and/or CTS: If the show is canceled then ALL funds will be transferred to another scheduled CTS LLC show. NO REFUNDS will be given! No Exceptions!
