Simpsonville, SC: March 29th, 2025: 6 ft table
You are purchasing (1) 6 ft vendor table for Saturday, March 29th train show at Simpsonville Activity & Senior Center, 310 West Curtis Street, Simpsonville, SC.
Vendor setup is Friday, March 28th, 2025 from 2pm-5pm and Saturday from 7:30am-9:00am.
Show hours are Saturday, March 29th, 2025 from 9am-3pm.
By purchasing tables you agree to the following:
Cancellation of facility show or Government: If the show is canceled then ALL funds will be transferred to another scheduled CTS LLC show. NO REFUNDS will be given!

Merchandise: Model Trains items ONLY! We reserve the right to deny any merchandise at the show without prior notification. Merchandise can NOT be in the aisles. NO outside tables or floor racks. No containers stacked beside the tables. Merchandise under the tables are permitted but must be flush with the edge of the table, not sticking out into the aisle.
Payment: All tables must be paid in advance! We do not accept table requests without payment. Vendor payments are non-refundable and can not be transferred to a future show. No subletting tables allowed. Tables must be claimed by 8:45am.
*Please check table legs to ensure they are properly set-up prior to placing merchandise on tables. *By purchasing tables, YOU AGREE to stay for the entire length of the show (3pm) and park in the designated vendor area. Failure to comply with the rules may result in the inability to reserve tables in the future. Carolina Model Train Shows, LLC and the operating facility are not responsible for any loss or damage to the exhibitor's property.
